Sangfroid

Support

Sangfroid has no account, so there is no password to recover and no support desk you have to prove your identity to. These are the questions that come up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your iPhone settings: your name, then Subscriptions, then Sangfroid. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription — that is a separate step on Apple's side.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Profile, then the gear, then "Delete all my data". It is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting the app also erases everything, since nothing is stored anywhere else.

I reinstalled the app — where is my history?

It is gone. Your data lives only on the device, so a reinstall or a new phone starts from zero. That is the direct cost of having no server. Your subscription does come back, via "Restore purchases".

The content blocker doesn't block everything.

No, and the app never claims otherwise. It uses Screen Time to add friction, and a determined adult can switch it off in iOS settings. It is a speed bump, useful for exactly that.
